I've owned a few USB flash drives and have been impressed at how both the technology and design have improved. This drive is no exception. It's hard to believe that 16 gb of data (a good library's worth) can fit on such a small drive, but it can. Transfer speeds are high, although not quite what you get with a good external hard drive in my experience. Impressive as they are these, such technical features can perhaps be expected due to the pace of competition in this field. What sets this drive apart is the high quality of the design. A unique feature of this drive is the retractable connector, which means that you don't risk damaging the drive or losing any fiddly lid. With the keyring attachment, this makes the drive perfect for mobile usage. You can take your files anywhere and back up or transfer files whenever you need to. Let's face it, most people are dependent on their data and files these days, so it's great to have such a portable and useful piece of kit.

Bought this about a year ago to use in the car as a music drive. Stopped working once and I though ot was the car digital music system, took the car to the garage and they confirmed the USB drive wasn't working. Files were corrupted and had to reload from my PC. 6 months later the same thing happens. Only this time the Sandisk USB drive annot be read or even recognized on any of my PC's. Useless.
